PROJECT APPLICATION: To design and manufacture precision-engineered exhibition displays for worldwide events, crafted to reflect the luxury automation standards Future Automation is known for.
SCOPE OF WORK: Hayward GRP was engaged to design and manufacture three bespoke display pods and a custom television enclosure to showcase Future Automation’s advanced range of lifts and concealment mechanisms. These displays needed to achieve both structural precision and flawless aesthetics.

The client, Future Automation, sought a specialised partner for GRP manufacturing with the technical expertise and proven capability to realise their latest exhibition display project. The brief was to deliver three custom-built display pods and a bespoke television enclosure designed to house and showcase their world-class automation mechanisms at global exhibitions.
The construction required Hayward GRP to produce lightweight yet robust structures, finished in a flawless, high-gloss white, perfectly colour-matched to complement Future Automation’s wider display environment and reflect the precision of their in-house engineered systems.
OUR SOLUTION AND OBJECTIVES
Hayward GRP worked in close collaboration with Future Automation’s in-house engineering team from the outset of the project. Together, we refined and optimised the designs before manufacture, ensuring every detail met the client’s exacting standards. Our proposal provided comprehensive technical support, including detailed CAD models, photorealistic renderings, and physical construction samples, each underpinned by precise engineering calculations to confirm structural integrity and exhibition-ready durability.
Following design sign-off, we manufactured CNC-milled master patterns and precision production moulds to tight tolerances. The final components, three bespoke display pods and a custom television enclosure, were delivered with immaculate high-gloss finishes, taken directly from the mould to eliminate the need for secondary finishing. This approach is consistent with Hayward GRP’s manufacturing ethos, delivering precision-engineered solutions with flawless aesthetics and long-term performance integrity.
THE RESULT IN CONCLUSION
