PROJECT LOCATION: Peppa Pig World, located within Paultons Park in the beautiful New Forest National Park near Ower, Hampshire, England. This family-friendly destination features over 70 rides and attractions, offering endless fun for visitors of all ages.
THE RIDE: Experience the magic of Peppa Pig World aboard the Queen’s Flying Coach. Step into your themed carriage on the treetop monorail for breathtaking views of the entire kingdom. Starting from the majestic Queen’s Castle, the monorail winds through the park, where you might catch Peppa and friends embarking on a splashing, spinning boating adventure. Don’t miss the chance to climb aboard the brightly coloured boats for a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Pirate Island.
INTRODUCTION IN BRIEF
The client, RMA Attractions, sought a GRP specialist with a proven track record of delivering iconic theme park characters to the leisure industry. They needed a trusted partner capable of designing and manufacturing both static and animated characters to the highest industry standards.
Our previous successful collaboration with Paulton’s Park, creating characters for Mr. Potato’s Playground earned us a recommendation and laid the foundation for this exciting project.
OUR SOLUTION AND OBJECTIVES
After successfully being awarded the project, Hayward GRP provided a detailed project proposal that included design assistance and a critical path to ensure the project timeline.
Once the client’s approval was received, we proceeded to create master patterns, production moulds, and nine Peppa Pig characters, each finished with exceptional painted details.
We also provided internal and foundation steelwork as part of the complete package.
THE RESULT IN CONCLUSION
This was a fantastic project for Hayward GRP. We thoroughly enjoyed creating the captivating new characters for the Peppa Pig World attraction. Our talented and creative team perfectly delivered the client’s vision, on time and within budget.
