3D Grp signage

This was a nice easy project for the team, working with the project Architects and the local planning authority, we had to develop a Moulded Grp sign to inset into the block work facade of the building which could be rendered in and then painted giving the appearance of the original sign that had deteriorated.

From initial site survey’s, we produced detailed drawings and 3D CAD models, this enable us to machine a precise master pattern, manufacture the Production mould, and of course make the Grp sign which we covered with a special rough coat that we developed to enable the render to adhere.
