This was a very interesting project for the Hayward Grp team, working with MSE (UK) on their new floor standing centrifuge the Blue Force 12L-R, a large capacity refrigerated  centrifuge ideally suited to blood bank applications, Designed to spin a variety of blood bags as well as 2 litre bottles, the Blue Force 12L-R is the perfect addition to any laboratory.
Our brief was to produce the front control panel and other Grp parts, our team produced precision CNC milled master patterns and  production moulds for both hand lay and LRTM parts, CNC trimming and drilling fixtures to ensure accuracy, and of course the high gloss blue Grp mouldings.
