A step in the right direction

This was a nice little project for the Hayward Grp team. Our brief was simple; design, manufacture and install a low maintenance GRP staircase with landing and handrails in the Lloyds TSB Data control centre whilst providing an entry point for the high voltage cables for the centre. GRP was the ideal material as its non conductive and we could incorporate nonslip, hi-visibility treads.

Our team of highly skilled fibreglass composite engineers produced the timber pattern mould, GRP staircase with landing, and the handrails ahead of schedule and installed with time to spare. Hayward Grp  are specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality GRP / fibreglass moulded products, parts & components.
