Hayward Grp are GRP composite professionals, specialising in all aspects of GRP composites manufacture and repair. Our extensive in-depth knowledge and manufacturing experience has afforded us the opportunity to understand the technical dynamics behind GRP / Fibreglass product failure and thus a greater understanding of repair methods and best practice.

Hayward Grp brings together the specialised technical skills with more than 35 years’ experience. This, combined with our moulding expertise, enables us to undertake all repairs from minor gel coat work to major damage. Many of our key staff are well trained composite engineers with many years experience within the composites industry. We view this expertise as the corner stone of our business.

Hayward Grp are capable of carrying out a wide range of complex fibreglass repairs, modifications and complete renovations. We carry out most fibreglass repair work in-house at our manufacturing facilities in East Sussex. We can also provide a fully equipped mobile fibreglass repair service, if required, run by our dedicated site teams who work throughout the UK.

During our time in the GRP industry, we have been involved in many different fibreglass projects undertaking a wide and diverse range of repair and modification work. This work ranges from; repairing collision damage on trains, life boats and sports cars to repairing dormers, canopies, flat roofs, tanks and much more. In brief, if the damaged part is manufactured from GRP / Fibreglass or similar, we can repair it, or worst case replace it.

With all repair / alteration projects undertaken by Hayward Grp, we provide risk assessments, method statements and all COSHH data sheets prior to site induction meetings and prior to the commencement of our work. With all our projects, we assign a dedicated project manager ensuring a continual source of information is made available to assist you during the project. Regular director visits and health and safety checks throughout the project guarantee a smooth successful completion to your project, (complete customer satisfaction is guaranteed).
