An example of our work can be seen in gallery 40 at the V&A Museum as part of the extensive renovations that were carried out. Our role was to provide design assistance and produce the three massive, precision-moulded lighting rings, suspended from the vaulted dome above this impressive space. The formation and suspension of the three rings, weighing around a tonne, was a feat of engineering as they had to be strong enough to resist the buckling forces exerted on them, but light enough to be unevenly suspended from just three points each. This was a challenging undertaking but the results are spectacular and the lighting rings themselves have become design features in this much loved space where the museum displays its fashion collection.

Thanks to its inherent properties, fibreglass can be used for many aesthetic and functional purposes, from the production of spectacular focal pieces of interior design, as architectural mouldings or as practical furnishing products, to name just a few.
