This was a great project for Hayward Grp, working with UCL’s Young team of mechanical engineers better known as Team hydrone to produce the light weight bodywork for their prototype Hydrogen powered car which was entered into the Shell Eco Marathon in Rotterdam.

With a very short lead time we produced CNC milled Moulds / direct tooling, and the light weight Grp bodywork which fitted perfectly, we delivered to UCL with time to spare…
